Frequently Asked Questions
Under current U.S. regulations, all materials offered by The Peptides Collective (TPC Research LLC) are required to be labeled “For Research Use Only” and “Not for Human Consumption.” This designation exists to satisfy federal standards, particularly under Section 503A and 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and to clearly distinguish our products from drugs regulated by the FDA. These disclaimers are not a reflection of product quality, purity, or potential. Rather, they are a necessary compliance measure for the distribution of research-use materials. As a research supplier, TPC is obligated to ensure that all end-users acknowledge and accept this regulatory framework before purchasing. We do not provide usage guidance, nor do we endorse any application beyond lawful, institutional, and investigational research. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to use materials in accordance with all applicable laws, safety protocols, and ethical standards.
Peptides are widely used in chemistry and play a key role in many experiments. This may involve protein purification, protein modification, and various interactional studies. We are solely research supply company Our products are intended for experienced researchers only. We do not include instructions or directions.
All peptides are sold in 3ml glass vials.
For maximum shelf life and integrity, lyophilized peptides should be stored in a sealed vial at refrigerated or frozen temperatures prior to reconstitution.
Preferred storage: –20°C (freezer)
For long-term preservation and maximum degradation prevention: –80°C (ultra-low freezer)
Avoid frequent freeze-thaw cycles, exposure to humidity, or light. Once reconstituted, compounds should be used promptly and stored only as your protocol or lab guidelines allow.
This is normal. Peptide powders may appear as a solid mass but can break up into powder during shipping. This does not affect the quality or purity of the product.
We also offer expedited shipping options which are only available for orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm est. We offer free shipping on all orders over $250.
It refers to the freeze-dried state of peptides, ensuring stability for long periods at room temperature. Refrigeration is only necessary after reconstitution.
Each of our products undergoes HPLC testing by a vetted third-party analytical lab. To ensure transparency, we provide:

The Peptides Collective ships with USPS and UPS
We offer various shipping options to meet the needs of each customer. We charge a flat rate of $12.99 for Priority shipments and $14.99 for UPS Ground. Shipping times vary depending on your location and delays may be subject to your shipment with consideration to inclement weather.
Although carrier issues are beyond our scope of our control, we recommend looking around your property for the package. Sometimes carriers leave parcels in inconspicuous areas for safety reasons or they may have delivered to a neighbor next door. Rest assured, we want you to receive your items. If your package says delivered but you have not received it you must complete the following steps in order for us to reship your items out.
1. Contact your local post office or if you have a relationship with your delivery person, ask them to check their truck/facility.
2. File a lost package claim with your carrier. You can use the link here: https://onlineclaims.usps.com/ All of the information you need to file your claim can be found in the tracking email that we sent to you.
3. The carrier will provide you with a claim number or confirmation email of your claim being filed. Please forward a copy of the claim number or screenshot of the confirmation email and our shipping department will discuss your reshipment.

Orders ship from our facility 6 day a week, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. If you contact us prior to the shipment being sent out we will do our best to get the correct address updated. Please text or call 307-302-9227 or send an email to support@peptidescollective.com with your name, order number, and updated address. If your order has already shipped we are unable to do anything further.
